Mrs Pollard did not like the layout of the current bathroom after she purchased the property and wanted a large walk in shower. For this to happen we would need to remodel the full bathroom. We relocated the toilet and ran the waste through a stud wall. This also created the correct size for the large shower tray. The radiator was also relocated to allow a walk way straight to the shower with no obstructions, fully opening the room up. Complete with spot lights, shaver point and under mirror lighting.
